30-day returns

If you're not happy, you can return your bike or trike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Items must be in like-new condition with less than 20 miles ridden, all parts and accessories included, and ideally in the original packaging.

Email support@trivolt.com with your order number (TRV-XXXXX). We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We'll send replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost.
