Free shipping

Every order ships free within the United States. There are no minimums and no hidden fees.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in 2–4 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take longer.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery & inspection

Bikes and trikes arrive about 90% pre-assembled with tools and instructions. Please inspect the box on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier, then contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Where we ship

We currently ship to US addresses only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
