Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability; any payment will be refunded in full.

Orders are shipped only to addresses within the United States.

Safe use of electric bikes and trikes

Riders must follow all local laws on e-bike classes, speed, helmet use and age limits. Always wear a helmet and read the owner's manual before riding.

Trivolt is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
